Upper Beach Village

Before the Upper Beaches became trendy, Namara helped enhance this neighbourhood by building 24 semis which maintained the natural heritage of the community. Located at Main and Gerrard, the Upper Beach Village development was completed in 2002. The townhomes range in size from 1,400 to 1,800 sq. ft. and include parking and a backyard. Guthrie Muscovitch Architects received an Architecture and Urban Design Award/Honourable Mention from the City of Toronto for this project.
