Beach Flats

Comprising of 21 condominium flats, at the southwest corner of Dundas and Coxwell, Beach Flats was the first of it’s kind in Riverdale. Transforming the landscape, the development provides a strong residential presence in the neighbourhood. With cream coloured brick and Victorian cornice mouldings, the development is acknowledged for it’s quality and detail. The innovative contemporary design has created modern living spaces at affordable prices. This project was completed in 2001.
